Eligibility

Free Websites & Services
We provide users with free affiliate websites, training materials, and recommended tools as part of our onboarding program. Each website is professionally designed with starter content and essential functionality to help you begin your affiliate marketing journey.

As part of the setup, you are required to purchase a mandatory Starter Toolkit from our eBook section. This toolkit includes essential resources such as the Web Design Manual and SEO Optimization Guide, which are necessary for you to effectively manage and grow your affiliate website.

You will also have access to optional resources such as eBooks and guides on traffic generation strategies (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to support the growth of your online business.

After your website is live, we will conduct a one-week onboarding training program (1 hour per day) to teach you how to:

• Update and customize your website
• Publish blog articles and other content
• Apply proven traffic-building strategies using the Starter Toolkit

While we handle the initial setup, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating your website after the handover.

Optional Website Management & Optimization Service:
If you prefer us to manage and optimize your website on your behalf, we offer a paid monthly service that includes:

• Regular website updates and technical maintenance
• Blog and content uploads
• Basic SEO optimization
• Performance monitoring and improvements

The cost of this service will be clearly communicated at the point of purchase and will be billed separately.

Affiliate Marketing Disclaimer
While we guide you through the process, we do not guarantee earnings. Your success depends on your effort and how you apply the strategies we teach.

Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

• Engage in spam, fraud, or illegal activity
• Post offensive, plagiarized, or prohibited content
• Misuse affiliate links or violate affiliate program rules

Payments & Premium Services
The purchase of the Starter Toolkit is mandatory. Additional resources, services, and optional website management plans are clearly priced and billed separately.

Intellectual Property
Our training materials, logos, and website designs remain the property of Benfilo Tech Hub and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.

Third-Party Links & Tools
Our websites and training may include affiliate links and third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content or performance of third-party sites.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any losses or damages that may occur from the use of our services.

Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data, in compliance with the Nigerian Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be referred to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act. If arbitration fails, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
